COMES NOW, Leslie B. Watson, Jr. and Nannette J. Watson, whose address is 1717
Vaughn Lane, MontgOmery, Alabama 36106 who, being duly sworn on oath according to
law, do hereby make the following statements of facts and affirm:
That they are the owners of Lot 247 and Lot 249 and part of Lot 248 and other
properties of that plat titled, "LAKE VIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT
(A) A SUBDIVISION BEING A PART OF S½ OF SE¼ SEC. 29, T37N, RI. 18W,
ALPINE, WYOMING" of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming as Plat No. 158.
'That they have reviewed the plat titled, "LAKEVIF. W ESTATES THIRD
ADDITION BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT
(A) WITHIN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE
WITHIN s½sE¼ SECTION 29 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING",
dated 15 October 2001, as revised.
That they agree to 'the boundary lines of their property as shown on said plat titled
"LAKEVIEW ESTATES THIRD ADDITION BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW
ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT (A) WITHIN THE INCORPORATED
LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN S½SE¼ SECTION 29 T37N
RI 18W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" dated 15 October 2001, as revised, and
quitclaims any fight, title and interest they may have in land within said Lakeview
Estates Third Addition and outside their said boundaries to the adjoining landowners
within said Lakeview Estates Third Addition.
4. Hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
5. This agreement to be binding upon their heirs, successors and assigns of Lot 247and
Lot 249 and part of Lot 248 and other properties.
