with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released' and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
