ASSIGNMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE AND MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEWED, the undersigned holder of a Promissory Note and Mortgage
(herein "Assignor") whose address is 754 Sandia, Washington, UT 84780, does hereby grant, sell,
transfer, assign, set over and convey unto The Bank of Star Valley (herein "Assignee), whose address
is P.O. Box 8007, Aflon, WY 83110, a certain Promissory Note and Mortgage dated January 14,
2003, made and executed by Leigh H. Perkins, holder of a life estate, and Leigh H. Perkins Jr.,
vested remainder person, Mortgagors, to and in favor of Craig M. Laker, or his heirs or
assigns, Mortgagee, said Mortgage appears recorded in Book 513 of mortgages, beginning on Page
564PR, in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, 'Wyoming, upon the following
described property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
said Mortgage having been given to secure payment of the original principal amount of Four
Hundred Forty Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($448,350.00), together
with the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to become due thereon
with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage and Promissory Note.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same Unto Assignee, its successors and assigns, forever,
subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described Mortgage and Promissory Note.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this Assignment of
