Box 309, Cokeville, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/i'00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Norman A. Freeman and Charlotte A. Freeman, husband and wife as Tenants by the Entireties, of 714 Vortex Avenue, Henderson, Nevada 89015, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemptions laws of the State, to-wit: Lot 11 of the Taylor 5th Subdivision as filed and platted in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming. and also All of Lot 6 of the Taylor 5th Subdivision as filed and platted in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming, except for the following described property to-wit: The point of beginning being the Northeast comer of said Lot 6 (said point also being the Northwest comer of Lot 10 of said subdivision) thence South 00° 43' W, 286 feet; thence North 89049' W, 175 feet; thence North 00° 43' E, 328 feet, more or less, to the North ~ boundary.line of said lot 6, to the point of beginning. Subject to all protective covenants and restrictions of record. Also except the following part of said Lot 6: Commencing at the Southwest Comer of Lot number 6 in the Taylor subdivision Number 5 filed and platted in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming; thence South 76° 00' E, 455 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 76° 00' W, 455 feet; thence North 00° 15' E, 951.44 feet; thence South 75° 59' East, 455 feet; thence approximately 951 feet in a straight line to the point of beginning.
