I hereby certify that under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued in this
cause for enforcement of Judgments obtained therein by the Plaintiff and against the
Defendants, and under the authority of an order of Judicial Sale issued therein and
directed and delivered to Lee Gardner, the Sheriff for the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming,, I was commanded to Sell the real property herein described, according to the
requirements of law, and to apply the proceeds of such sale in satisfaction of the
Judgment of the aboVe-entitled action of Twenty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-
four Dollars and Thirty Cents ($25,754.30), and costs as specified in the decree.
I, Lee Gardner, the Sheriff 'for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, do
hereby certify that on the 1st day of August, 2003, I duly sold the real property

The real properly so sold is located at 77 Circle Drive, in the City of Afton, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and is more pa~icularly described as follows:
Lot 13 of Westview Village Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof. Together with all improvements
situate thereon and all easements and appu~enances belonging thereto.
Commonly known as: 77 Circle Drive, Afton, Wyoming.
The aboVe-described real property was sold in one parcel. The highest bid for
the property was $\ ,~ ~°Ab- , which was the whole price paid for the property.
The sale is subject to redemption within three (3) months from the date of sale, pursuant
to WYO. STAT. § 1-18-103(a). If not so redeemed the purchaser is entitled to a deed
for the property at the expiration of the period of redemption.
