Box 127, Aflon, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Lot 4 of Block 28 to the Town of Atton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 96½ feet North fi:om the Southeast comer of said Lot 4 and nmning thence West 83 ½ feet; thence North 8 feet; thence West 1½ feet; thence North 60½ feet; thence East 85 feet; thence South 68½ feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
