and other 'good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
STEVEN LYNN CORSI AND MARLA DeANN CORSI,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 31657 Florida, Redlands, CA 92373
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot. 4 of Block 28 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 13-1/3 rods West from the Southeast corner of said Lot
4 and running thence North 165 feet;
thence West 108 feet;
thence South 165 feet;
thence East 108 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
