HomeMy WebLinkAbout892164PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF SHERIFF'S CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE AT FORECLOSURE SALE THIS ASSIGNMENT made this fl~7~, day of C~a- ~ , 2003, by and between Community First National Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and David R. Neilson and Shanna Neilson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, hereinafter referred to as "Purchasers". WITNESSETH: . WHEREAS, the Seller purchased certain real estate which was sold at a sheriff's sale on the 17th day of April, 2003. The Sheriff's Certificate of Purchase was recorded as instrument number 889403 in Book 518, Page 438 in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, the Seller sells and assigns their interest and obligation in a portion of the property covered by the Sheriff's Certificate of Purchase at Foreclosure Sale and the pUrchasers purchase the Seller's interest and assume the Seller's obligations in said portion of the property covered by the Sheriff's Certificate of Purchase at Foreclosure Sale executed On the 17th day of April, 2003, and recorded on the 22nd day of April, 2003, in Book 518, Page 438. The portion of Property covered by this partial assignment is described as follows: Lot 32 of Unit A of the Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. The Purchasers agree to perform all of the obligations provided in such Sheriff's .Certificate of Purchase at Foreclosure Sale at the time, in the manner, and in all respects as therein currently required of the Seller; and to be bound by all of the terms of such Sheriff's Certificate of Purchase at Foreclosure Sale. Purchasers understand that the property is sUbject to the rights of redemption and take subject thereto. The Seller retains all rights to the remainder of the property covered by the Sheriff's Certificate not specifically assigned herein. This agreement applies to, inures to the benefit of, and binds all' parties hereto and their respective heirs, legateeS'~ devisees and administrators executors, successors · RECE VED and assigns.
