man as his separate property, of 254 South 100 West, Smithfield, Utah 84335, REX M. CORSI,
a married man as his separate property, of 645 Evergreen Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009-
3220, McMENAMY CORSI, a married man as his separate property, of 9964 Barium Lane,
Sandy, Utah 84094, and ROY CORSI, a married man as his separate property, of 11166 South
2700 West, South Jordan, Utah 84095, all as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship,
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and
forever quitclaimed unto ROY CORSI and ELAINE B. CORSI, husband and wife, tenants by
the entireties, of 11166 South 2700 West, South Jordan, Utah 84095, Grantees, and their heirs
and assigns, property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
See Exhibit A, entitled "Description for Roy Corsi Parcel A Adjustment",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way
of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws Of the State of Wyoming.

Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 487 of Photostatic Records on page 61 and in Book 467 of
Photostatic Records on page 268, and all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 474 of
Photostatic Records on page 77, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an intersection of the south line of said NE¼SE'A with the westerly right-
ofdine of U.S. Highway 89, S89°-55'-59"W, 48.48 feet from the southeast corner of said
NE¼SE¼;
thence N00°-04'-09"E, 486.29 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to a point;
thence S89°-55'-44"W, 695.38 feet to a point;
thence S00°-04'-09"W, 486.24 feet to a point on the north line of said SE¼SE¼;
thence continuing, S00°-04'-09"W, 16.40 feet to a point on an exiSting fence line;
thence N89°-42'-40"E, 695.39 feet, along said fence line, to a point on said westerly right-
