releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared: by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled
"Kyle L. Erickson, Tract D" dated July 7, 1993.
ALSO, that part of Section 32, T33N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wy°nfing described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled
"Kyle L. Erickson, Tract F." dated July 7, 1993.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land provided in Warranty Deed recorded in March 16, 1995
in Book 365PR on page 786 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
