Single Person, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO JOHN G. HARRIS AND A. GAYLE HARRIS; TRUSTEES OF THE JOHN G. HARRIS AND A. GAYLE HARRIS FAMILY TRUST, dated February 11, 1998, grantees, whose address is 1379 East 1025 North, Layton, UT 84040 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: That part of GLO Lot 4 of Section 6, T30N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 289PR on page 348, described as follows: Beginning at a spike on the west line of said GLO Lot 4, S 00042'33" E, 477.37 feet from, the northwest comer of said GLO Lot 4, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office; thence continuing S 00o42'33'' E, 477.37 feet, along said west line, to a point; thence N 89o09'06'' E, 365.00 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said GLO Lot 4, to a point; thence N 00°42'33" W, 477.37 feet, along a line parallel with the said west line, to a point; thence S 89o09'06'' W, 365.00 feet, along a line parallel with said north line, to the spike of beginning.
