acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Audra L. Hawkins, a single
woman, and Shawn M. Evans, a single woman, as joint tenants with rights of

virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:

of-way of sight and/or record.
