WAR.RANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 30~h day of July, 2003 by and between the
MAX KER & SON LUMBER CO.,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Idaho and having its principal place of business in the
Cotmty of Bonneville the GRANTOR, and
TERRI ORCUTT,
as Sole Owner,
whose address is 100lA East Hammny Road No. 181, Fort Collins, CO 80525
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the ~um of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and paxcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, St,xte of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 66 of the Star Valley Ranch Plat 14, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, Imwever, to all reservations, restriction,s, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
