MILLER, CHAD O. MILLER, TAMMIE MILLER and CHRISTINA MILLER, tenants in common, grantors
of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged' have hereby
delivered, released and forever quit claimed unto the said MELVIN L. MILLER, grantee, all such right,
title, interest, properly, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to all
the following described properly, to-wit:

part of this document by reference and incorporation as
if fully set forth herein.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate
or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
