and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 23 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows'
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4 and running thence East 90 feet;
thence North 20 rods;
thence West 90 feet;
thence South 20 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
