releasing, and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

being more particularly' described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 10 rods East of the SW corner of said Lot 2 and
running thence North 5 rods;
thence East 8.5 rods measured (approximately 9 rods of record) to Jackson
Street;
thence South 5 rods;
thence 8.5 rods measured (9 rods of record) West to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
ALSO
Part of Lot 3 of Block 21 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as folloWs:
BEGINNING at a point which is 10 rods East from the NW corner of said Lot 3 and
running thence East 81/2 rods;'
thence South 5 rods;
thence West 8~A rods;
thence North 5 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
