Said mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming on July 18, 2001, in Book 468, at Page 808, at Reception No. 874631 and re-recorded: N/A. WHEREAS, notice of foreclosure sale was given by the mortgagee pursuant to the power of sale contained in said mortgage and in the manner and form as required by the statutes of the State of Wyoming. The Purchaser is entitled to a deed for the property at the expiration of the redemption period, unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law. The Ten Day Notice of Intent to Foreclose, and Sale were given by the Mortgagee, pursuant to Wyoming statute. Notice of sale was published in a newspaper of general circulation for the required time as shown by the Affidavit of Publication attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
