AND with that easement for ingress and egress recorded in Book 172 P.R., Page 313 and Beek 361 P.R., Page 859. Subject te reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way ef record er in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
