T. Johnson Trust dated June 16, 1980; RON ONKES and JAN ONKES, husband and wife,
DOUGLAS W. JOHNSON and BEVERLY N. JOHNSON, Trustees of the Douglas W.
Joh'nson and Beverly N. Johnson Revocable Trust dated June 12, 1994; DALE C.
JOHNSON and HELEN JOHNSON, husband and wife; ROSS L. JOHNSON and THELMA
JOHNSON, husband and wife; and STEPHEN L. OLSEN and LAVADA OLSEN, husband
and wife,
grantees,
the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the following purposes:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a
perpetual, nonexclusive two-rod wide right-of-way easement for ingress and egress and all~
underground utilities to the property described in paragraph 3 below, including the right to
construct and maintain (a) a roadway to provide access and (b) underground utilities.

2. Conditions of Easement. The conditions of this easement are:
Grantees.
It is a common easement for the mutual benefit of Grantors and
b. The easement may not be fenced by any of the Grantees
without the prior written consent of the Grantors.
c. If any fences are damaged from the construction of a road,
installation of utilities or maintenance or use of the road or utilities, including
without limitation snow removal, the Grantee(s) responsible for such damage
shall repair the damaged fence to its previous condition prior to being
damaged. Underground utilities shall be constructed as near as possible to
property lines to minimize damage to the property owners' lands.
d. As to the Grantees and their respective lands that are involved
in this Easement, this Easement replaces the following easements in full:

Easement dated October 24, 1989, and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 2, 1990, in
Book 281 PR, page 637;
Easement dated April 27, 1998, and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 5, 1998, in
Book 415 PR, page 477;
Easements or rights-of-way described in that Warranty
Deed dated November 27, 1998, and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 10,
1998, in Book 422 PR, page 696;
Mutual Easement .Agreement dated December 5, 2000,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
January 29, 2001, in Book 458 PR, page 644.
The parties to this Easement hereby release those easements and stipulate
that those easements are terminated upon execution of this Easement.
3. Property Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit of the
following described real property of the grantees in Lincoln County, Wyoming:

4. Description of Easement. The easement consists of four parcels of land
more particularly described as follows:
The North two (2) rods of the NI/2NW1/4 and of the
NWI/4NEI/4 of Section 26, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
The North two (2) rods of the East two (2) rods of the
NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 27, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

A strip of land located in the East 1/2 of Section 22, T33N,
R119W of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, the centerline
of which is more particularly described as follows: beginning at
a point on the South boundary line of said Section 22 that is
one (1) rod West of the Southeast corner of said section, and
running thence North on a line parallel to the East boundary line
of said section 162 rods, more or less, to a point one (1) rod
West and two (2) rods North of the East 1/4 corner of said
section, and extending one (1) rod each side of said cente.rline.
The West two (2) rods of the SW1/4NW1/4 and the West two
(2) rods of the South approximately 40 rods extending up to and
for the use of an existing gate in the NWl/4NW1/4 of Section
23, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
5. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument.
6. Waiver of Homestead Rights. The grantors hereby waive and release all
rights to the described easement under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming to the extent that such rights may interfere with the purposes of this
easement.
