COmes now in accordance with Statues W.S. 34-12-102 and W.S. 34-12-103, I,
Jeannine C. Roberts, whose address is 988 West Mulberry Drive, St. George, Utah
84790, being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following
statement of facts and affirm:
That I am the Trustee' for owners and proprietors of real property as shoWn on the
Roberts Family Exemption Subdivision Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker & Associates
LLC and referred to in the Deed recorded in BOok 447PR, on Page 435 with the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, being the SEl/4 of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section
15, T35N, R119W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is With our free consent and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be Roberts Family Exemption, the Metes and
. Bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Referenced Spike marking the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1992
location for the Southeast Corner of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence N89°03'49"W, along the
South line of said SE1/4SE1/4,657.46 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence
N0°43'21"E 662.12 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S89°02'40"E 657.68
feet to a Cotton Gin Spike marking a point in the East line of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence
S0°44'30"W, along said East line, 661.90 feet, to the Point of Beginning, the consisting
of. Lot 1 and Lot 2, containing 9.994 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: That portion of a 100 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the East
line of the above described Subdivision, lying within the bounds of the above described
Subdivision, for U.S. Highway 89.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations,
Restrictions, Rights,of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming are hereby released.
