of the 6~ P.M., Lincoln CountY, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Aluminum Cap on Rebar marking the Northwest comer Of the
Roskie property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 327PR, on Page 545, with
said Office, said Point of Beginning being 6.63 feet S89°38'00"W, along the North line of
said W1/2SW1/4, from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Ross M. Turner PE/LS
3514, 1983 location for the Northeast Comer of said Wl/2SWl/4; thence S0°33'15"W,
along the West line of said Roskie property, 1,339.30 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron
Pipe; thence S89°37'10"W 1,320.11 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a
point in the West line of said W1/2SW1/4; thence N0°58'54"E, along said west line,
1,339.81 feet to the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698,
1974 location for the Northwest Comer of said Wl/2SWI/4; thence N89°38'00"E, along.
said North line of said W1/2SW1/4, 1,3 I0.10 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing
40.434 Acres of land.

North line, 586.05 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe} thence along a Curve to the
Left having a Radius of 40.00 feet a central angle of 88°51 '55" and an arc length of 62.04
feet, said curve having a chord beating of S45°12'02"W 56.01 feet to an Aluminum Cap
on Iron Pipe; thence S0°46'05"W 468112 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence
