immunities, and appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto

1. A right-of-way thereon for ditches or canals constructed
by the authority of the United States pursuant to the Act
of August 30, 1890, 43 U.S.C. 945;
2. All of the mineral deposits in the land so patented
pursuant to Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1716, and to it, or
persons authorized by it, the right to prospect for,
mine, and remove such deposits from the same under
applicable law and regulations; and
SUBJECT TO:
1. Those rights for transmission line purposes granted to
Lower Valley Power & Light, its successors or assigns by Right-of-
Way Serial No. WYW 8882'2, under Title V of the Federal Land Policy
and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1761-1771, as it affects the
above described lands in the SE~E~ of sec. 7, T. 33 N., R. 118 W.,
6th P.M., Wyoming;
2. Those rights for transmission line purposes granted to
Lower Valley Power a Light, its successors or assigns by Right-of-
Way Serial No. WYW 119934, under Title V of the Federal Land Policy
and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1761-1771, as it affects the
above described lands in the ~~E~ of sec. 7, and the N~W~ of
sec. 8, T. 33 N., R. 118 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming;
3. Those rights for road purposes granted to Gretchen L.
Woods and Howard W. Woods, their successors or assigns by Right-of-
Way Serial No. WYW 145436, under Title V of the Federal Land Policy
and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1761-1771, as it affects the

above described lands in the SE~E~ of sec. 7, T. 33 N., R. 118 W.,
6th P.M., Wyoming; and
4. Those rights for transmission purposes granted to Lower
Valley Power & Light, its successors or assigns by Right-of-Way
· Serial No. WYW 27592, under the Act of February 15, 1901, as
amended 31 Stat. 790, (formerly 43 U.S.C. 959), 'as it affects the
above described lands in the E~SE~ of sec. 7, and the WV~W~ of sec.
8, T. 33 N., R. 118 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Unless otherwise provided by separate agreement with the
surface owners, mining claimants, permittees, licensees and lessees
of the United States shall reclaim disturbed areas to the extent
prescribed by regulations issued by the Secretary of the Interior.
By exchange of this land, the patentees, pursuant to Section
714 of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act, 30 U.S.C.
1304, give their surface owner consent to the United States and its
lessees to enter and commence surface mining operations to extract
the United States' reserved cOal.
All causes of action brought to enforce the rights of the
surface owners under the regulations above referred to shall be
instituted against mining claimants, permittees, licensees and
lessees of the United States; and the United States shall not be
liable for the acts or omissions of its mining claimants,
permitteeS, licensees and lessees.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the undersigned authorized officer of the
Bureau of Land Management, in accordance with the provisions of the
Act of June 17, 1948 (62Stat. 476), has, in the name of the United States,
caused these letters to be madePatant, and the Seal of the Bureau to be
hereunto affixed.
