Maxine C. Veigel being first duly sworn, deposes and says: ,.,:7~.q~AEEER. V.?;0MI~G
1. This Affidavit is given, pursuant to Sections 2-9-102 and 2-9-103
Wyoming Statutes 1977, as amended, to establish the survivorship rights of the
surviving wife and to establish prima facie evidence that all facts recited herein are
true for the purpose of such legal effect as may result therefrom by operation of law,
pursuant to Sections 2-9-102 and 2-9-103 Wyoming Statutes (1977) as amended.
2. Affiant and Doyle E. Veigel, deceased, were the owners as husband and
wife as joint tenants of the following real property, namely;
Beginning at the SW Corner of Lot # 4 of Block # 9 in the Town
of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North
20 rods, thence East 4 1/2 rods, thence South 20 rods, thence West
4 1/2 rods, to the point of beginning.
3. A Warranty Deed was entered into on January 20, 1964 and recorded on
May 2, 1977 in Book 135PR, Page 634, Document No. 492458 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming, evidencing ownership by Doyle E.
Veigel and Maxine C. Veigel, husband and wife by the entireties.
Affiant and Doyle E. Veigel, deceased, were also the owners as husband
and wife as joint tenants 'of the following real property, namely;
Commencing at the SW Corner of the' SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of
Section 2, thence 70 Rods N3rth to the place of Beginning,
thence 250 Rods North, thence 571/2 Rods East, thence 250 Rods
South, thence 571/2 West to the point of beginning, all in
Township ThirtyzOne (31) North of Range 119 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian in Wyoming; also
A right-of-way through the SE1/4 of the $W1/4 of Section 2,
above described, for egress and ingress to the above described
Property.
5. A Warranty Deed was entered into on October 20, 1966 and recorded on
June 18, 1971 in BoOk 94PR, Page 388, Document No. 431466 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming, evidencing ownership by Doyle E.
Veigel and Maxine C. Veigel, husband and wife to the survivor as tenants by the
entirety.
6. Doyle E. Veigel died on the 4th day of April, 1996 and his death was
duly registered as evidenced by the certified copy of the Death Certificate attached
hereto.
