KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, Connie Lichty Smith, Trustee of the Connie
Lichty Smith Living Trust dated the 25th day of April, 2003, ("Grantor"), for
and in :consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS. ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration to me in hand paid by Connie Lichty Smith Limited
Partnership,~ ("Grantee"), do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
said Connie Lichty Smith Limited Partnership and unto her heirs and assigns
fOrever, the following described real estate lying in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Parcel 1
South Half North Half Northwest Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 6,
TownshiP 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Parcel 2
The right of access as provided for in instrument recorded March 15,1991 in
Book 294PR on page 614 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk. The right of
access as provided forin instrument recorded April 2, 1991. in Book 295PR On
page 372 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with any water rights associated with the land.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Connie LiChty Smith Limited
Partnership, and unto her heirs and assigns ferever, together'with the
improvements and appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or
in anywise pertaining.
.And I, the said Grantor, for myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
aforegranted premises; that the property is free from all encumbrances;
that I have good right to convey the same to the said Grantee as aforesaid
and that I and my successors and assigns will forever warrant and defend
the title to said real estate against all lawful claims and demands
whatsoever.

this 1st day of May, 2003.

foregoing instrument and acknowledged that she executed the same in the capacity therein stated
and for the purposes therein contained.
