releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laWs of the state

Part of Lot 4 of Block 12 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point eight rods east from the Southwest comer of said Lot 4 of Block
12;
thence running northerly 192 feet'on a line parallel to the west boundary of said
Lot 4, Block 12;
thence running easterly for 12 rods, more or less, on a line parallel to the North
Boundary of Lot 4, to the east boundary line of said Block 12;
thence running southerly, along said east boundary line, 192 feet to the Southeast
Comer of said Lot 4;
thence running westerly, along the south boundary line of said Lot :4, 12 rods,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, hoWever, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
