NOTICE OF SECURITY INTEREST
The following property is subject to this Les Pendens Notice and notice of
secured interest as set forth herein and the relevant loan and promissory notes and
security documents:
A portion of the NE¼SW¼ of Section 8, T34N, R118W, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a B.L.M. type Monument marking Lloyd B. Baker's
location for the Center South 1/16, Section 8; thence S89°39'17" W,
along the South boundary of said NEIASW¼, 653.62 feet; thence
N0°14'58'' E 330.48 feet; thence N89°46'12'' E, to the East boundary
of said NE¼SW¼, 655.74 feet; thence S0°37'13"W, along said East
boundary, 329.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
AND
Part of Section 18, T34N, R118W of the 6t" P.M., Lincoln County
Public Records described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the N¼S¼ of said section
18 and running thence North 200 feet; thence East 285 feet;
thence South 200 feet; thence West 285 feet to the point of
beginning.

Thayne, Wyoming 83127.
TYPE OF ACTION AND COLLATERAL
Please take notice that the debtor borrowed certain funds and entered into loan
agreements with the creditor giving the real property described herein as collateral.
More specifically, the real property described herein was given as collateral for Loan
Number 117766, Loan Number 104046, and other loans as evidence by documentation

held by the creditor. The loan documentation provides for a "cross collateralization" and
as such, the herein described real property serves as collateral for more than one loan.
For specific amounts owed to the creditor by the debtor, you may contact the
creditor or the creditor's attorney. The creditor and the attorney for the creditor
reserves the right to refuse to provide any information unless proper authority has been
given by the debtor for such release.
Notice in the form of publication and notice to the debtor shall serve as notice to
third parties in the event the above referenced loans and/or other loans with the creditor
are in defaulL By way of this document, all third parties are given notice that the above
referenced real Property has been given as collateral for certain loans and obligations in
favor of The Bank of Star Valley.
