Baker's location for the Center South 1/16, Section 8; thence S89°39'17" W, along the South boundary of said NEIASW¼, 653.62 feet; thence N0°14'58'' E 330.48 feet; thence N89°46'12'' E, to the East boundary of said NE¼SW¼, 655.74 feet; thence S0°37'13"W, along said East boundary, 329.19 feet to the Point of Beginning. TYPE OF ACTION AND COLLATERAL Please take notice that the debtor borrowed certain funds and entered into loan agreements with the creditor giving the real property described herein as collateral. More specifically, the real property described herein was given as collateral for Loan Number 117766, Loan Number 104046, and other loans as evidence by documentation Bowers Law Office. P.C., P. O. The loan documentation provides for a "cross collateralization" and as such, the herein described real property serves as collateral for more than one loan. For specific amounts owed to the creditor by the debtor, you may contact the creditor or the creditor's attorney. The creditor and the attorney for the creditor reserves the right to refuse to provide any information unless proper authority has been given by the debtor for such release.
