No. 223 and running thence N 17047' W, 303.86 feet; thence N 73030' E, 1647.88 feet; thence S 18011' E, 303.92 feet; thence S 73030' W, 1650 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
