releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue, of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 13 of Twin Cliffs Subdivision No. 8 to the Town of A_fton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming filed July 25, 2003 as Instrument No. 891931 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land
lying outside of land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded May 13,
1996 in Book 383PR on page 147 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
