This mortgage is given to secure the following indebtedness: one note of even date herewith for
$200,000.00 made payable at the times mad place and at the rate specified in the note
This mortgage is il*ended to cover the renr~ and profits of said property, and consent i.~ hereby given aftcr dcfault, for thc appointment of
a receiver by any competent court and the receiver is hereby authorized to rent the said property and apply the proceeds on this obligation.
Thc Mortgagors agree m kccp the buildings now on said promises or hereafter erected thereon fully insured against loss by fh'e in some
fire insurance company approved bythe mortgagee, with J°ss, if any payable to mortgagee, during the life of,his mortgage.
The Mortgagors also agree to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises, including ,xny assessments that may be lev/cd on water
fights or shares ofsl;ock used in conn~iction herewith, or held as collateral with the above note: also any tax that may bc asscsscd by reason
of this mortgage or the debt secured thereby, and reasonable artarney's fees in ease of foreclosurq or thc commencement of any legal
proceedings for foreclosure of the same, and Said attorney's fees shall he added to the amount due on fl~is mortgage, and made a licn on the
premises desor/bed herein. In ease of del'ault in the payment of any sum covenanted to be paid, either the principal or interest when fl~e

indebtedness secured herein may be ira. mediately declared duc and payable, and to bear interest at the rate of I 0 percent per annum from

(NE¼SW¼1 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to redescribe that
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of LincOln County in
Book 94 of Photostatic Records on page 368, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a place marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with
aluminum cap inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE/LSS?8", North 62o46, East,
128.6 feet from a monument inscribed "2371+92.00 100 LT" on the
northerly right-of-way line of State Highway 89, North 58o54,
East, 2052.30 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 5 of said
Section 29; thence North 26°48. West, 128.0 feet along the east
line of that tract of land now belonging to Wardell jenkins to a
point; thence North 57031' East, 198.25 feet to a point on the
west line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 131
of Photostatic Records on page 232; thence South 37052' East,
146.80 feet along the said west line to a point within the bounds
of said State Highway 89; thence South 62.21, West 225 4 feet to
