Sewer District Annexation to the Town of Afion, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of
Parcel F of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 451 of Photostatic
Records on page 751, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest spike of said Parcel F, on the west line of said S½SW¼,
N00°-12'-00"W, 673.85 feet from the southwest comer of said S½SW¼;
thence N00°-12'-00"W, 79.00 feet, along said west line, to a spike;
thence S89°-36'-18"E, 196.05 feet to a point;
thence S00°-12'-00"E, 79.00 feet to a point on the south line of said Parcel F;
thence N89°-36'-18"W, 196.05 feet to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.37 acre, more or less;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress and public utilities over, under and across a
strip of land sixty (60) feet in width with the centerline described as follows:
Beginning at a spike on the west line of the S%SW¼ of said Section 19, N00°-12'-
00"W, 643.85 feet from the southwest comer of said S~SW¼;
thence S89°-36'-18"E, 730.37 feet to a spike;
It is intended that the south line of the above described Parcel F- Adjusted, adjoin the

the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 19, T32N,
R118W, being N00°-12'-00"W;
each "corner" found as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" X 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" X 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCItERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
