Washington, D.C., his successors and assigns, c/o First Preston ForeclosUre
Specialists, 5040 Addison circle, Suite 300, Addison, TX 75001; and

WHEREAS, on February 11, 1992, SCOTT GENTRY A/qD SHELLY GENTRY, as
mortgagor(s), executed and delivered to KEY B~uNK OF WYOMING, a certain real
estate mortgage conveying and mortgaging to the mortgagee lands described as:
LOT 12 OF BLOCK 4 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
PURPORTED COMMON ADDRESS: 601 CEDAR AVENUE, KEM~4ERER, W~fOMING
Said mortgage was originally given to secure payment of $51,900.00
together with interest on said principal. Said mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming on February 12, 1992, in
Book 307PR, at Page 148, at ReCeption No. 744280 and re-recorded: N/A.
WHEREAS, notice of foreclosure sale was given by the mortgagee pursuant to
the power of sale contained in said mortgage and in the manner and form as
required bY the statutes of the State of Wyoming.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the said notice of foreclosure sale, on May 22,
2002, the Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff offered the mortgaged premises for sale at
public venue to the highest bidder for cash; and
WHEREAS, the highest and best bid for the premises was made by MORTC~AGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. which bid was the sum of $53,039.10; and
WHEREAS, the prQperty was struck off and sold to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; and the
Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff executed a Certificate of Purchase which was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. has assigned its
interest in said Certificate of PurChase to The Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development of Washington, D.C.; and
WHEREAS, more than four (4) months have expired from and after the date of
said sale and no redemption has been made;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned in
consideration of the premises and in consideration of the price set forth above,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to The Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development of Washington D.C., its successors and assigns, the real property
described above to have and to hold the described premises with all
appurtenances.
