in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to-wit:
Lot Two (2) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Nine (9) as
platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, together with all improvements,
buildings and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
