~OW~L ~N BY THESE P~SENTS, that the CITY OF ~E~R, a' Wyoming
Municipality, of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the SOUTH
LiNCOLN SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT, a Wyoming governmental entity, of the City of
Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently Owned or hereafter
acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the 'Second Addition to the Town of Kenunerer,
Wyoming. Said parcel being a portion of Onyx Street between Ash Avenue and
Moose Street and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 12 of Block 56 of the Second Addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming, hereinafter known as the Second Addition, said point
of beginning also being the SW comer of Block 56; thence S 63026. W along the
southerly boundary of Block 56 a distance of 258.7 feet to a point on the southerly
boundary of the Second Addition, said point also being a point on the northerly
boundary of Moose Street; thence S 89038' along the southerly'boundary of the
Second Addition and the northerly bOundary of Moose Street a distance of 132.46
feet to the most westerly comer of Blo~k 67 of the Second Addition, thence N 63 °26'
E along the northerly boundary of Block 67 a distance of 140.59 feet to the NE
comer of Block 67; thence N 26034' W a distance of 60 feet to the point of
beginning. The parcel described herein contains 0.8246 acres more or less.
TOGETHER WITH a portion of Ash Street being that particular portion of Ash
Street as platted in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer between the south
boundary line of Onyx Street and the north boundary line of Moose Street. The
parcel described herein contains 5,203 square feet more or less.
PROVIDED HOWEVER, the City retains and reserves an easement through the
entire parcel for utilities.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any and all reservations, resthCtions, and easements of.
record or in sight or use.
