the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 11 to the Town of Aflon, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGiNNING at a point on the North boundary line of said Block 11, which is 20 rods
West of the Northeast comer of said Block 11 and running thence South 20 rods;
thence West 5 rods;
thence North 10 rods; ·
thence East 1 rod;
thence North 10 rods, more or less, to the North boundary line of said Block;
thence East 4 rods, more or less, to the POiNT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
