LEON ROGERS and CHRISTINE ROGERS, husband and wife as tenants by the
entireties, grantors, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to LEON ROGERS AND
CRISTINE ROGERS OR THEIR SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, AS TRUSTEES OF THE
CRISTINE ROGERS REVOCABLE TRUST dated the 25t~ day of April, 2003, grantees,
for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) consideration, the following described tract of land in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by.
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
SW1/4SW1/4 Section 31, Township 34 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with that fight-of-way as described in Warranty Deed recorded
October 23, 1992, Book 319 P.R., Page 385.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
