~E~AS, the Third Judicial District Cou~ of Lincok County, Wyoming, has heretofore
and on the '~ day of August, 2003, duly entered an Order authorizing and directing Calvin R.
Klewin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Coffee A. ~ewin, deceased, to execute and
d~liv~r a deed as to c~2ain real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the perfo~ance of c~rtain
conditions by Grantee; and
