NEWELL R. YEAMAN and CAROL R. YEAMAN, husband and wife, grantors of
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to G. NOHL SANDALL and VICKEY M.
SANDALL, husband and wife, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate 'situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
part of Lots 1 and 4 of BloCk 3 of the Afton Wyoming
Townsite, .Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
' Beginning at a point Which is'7 rods West from the
Southeast corner of said Lot 4 and running thence
North 40 rods;
thence West 61/a rods;
thence SoUth 40 rods;
thence East 61/a rods to the point of beginning.
ExCEpTING THEREFROM the land described in
Quitclaim Deed recorded. November 12, 1996 in
Book 390PR on page 371 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land described in
Warranty Deed recorded June 17, 1997 in Book 398PR
on page 386 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anyWise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
