Each of the parties' identified below ("lot omers") purchased pr~Efi~;E~ eAGNER
Co~issa~ Ranch and at that time became a member of the Co~ss~
Om]ers Association ("the Association"). Assessments ~e due to the Association on
~ual basis. According to the ~claration of Coven~ts, Conditions ~d Restrictions for
Co~iss~ R~ch ("the Decimation"), dated August ]5, 1978, ~d recorded in the
office of the Lincoln Coun~ Clerk on September 6, 1978, in Book ]49 PR, page 95,
recording of a Notice of Assessment ~d Lien for non-payment of assessments results in
a lien on the prope~ of the lot owner in favor of the Association. ~e Association may
foreclose such lien by adve~isement and sale under the Declaration. Pursuit to the
Declaration and this Notice oE Assessment and Lien, the Association has a Lien on the
propeAy of the lot omers ~ the mounts as set fo~h ~ the table below.

The lot owners identified below have defaulted in the performance of the conditions
and terms of the Declaration by failing to pay the assessments when due, and thus, the
power of sale has become operative, and the Association has declared the entire balance
owing for assessments and additional charges to be immediately due and payable and
elects to exercise the power to foreclose the Lien by advertisement and sale as provided
in the Declaration. No suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debts
secured by the Lien or any part thereof.
The names of each of the lot owners, a description of the lots against which the Lien
is being imposed, and the mount due and owing by each lot owner are as follows:
