O~ers Association ("the ASsociation"). Assessments ~e due to ~e Association on
amua] basis. According to the Decimation of Covenants, Conditions ~d Restrictions for
Co~ss~ Ranch ("the Declaration'), dated August 15, ]978, ~d recorded in the
office of the Lincoin Co=~ Clerk on September 6, 1978, in Book ]49 PR, page 95,
recording of a Notice of Assessment ~d Lien for non-pa~ent of ~sessments results in
a lien on the prope~ of the lot owner in favor of the Association. The Association 'may
foreclose such lien by adve~isement and sale under the Declzation. Pursuit to the
Declaration and tbs Notice of Assessment ~d Lien, the Association has a Lien on the
prope~ of the lot owners in the momts as set fo~h in the table below.
The lot owners identified below have defaulted in the performance of the conditions
and terms of the Declaration by failing to pay the assessments when due, and thus, the
power of sale has become operatiVe, and the Association has declared the entire balance
owing for assessments and additional charges to be immediately due and payable and
elects to exercise the power to foreclose the Lien by advertisement and sale as provided
in the Declaration. No suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debts
secured by the Lien or any part thereof.
The names of each of the lot owners, a description of the lots against which the Lien
is being imposed, and the amount due and owing by each lot owner are as follows:
