in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
*THIS DEED is being granted in lieu of foreclOsure and GRANToRs acknowledge that
receipt of this deed by GRANTEE does not release the mortgage held by GRANTEE nor does
merger occur by .virtue of this document. GRANTEE shall retain all rights to foreclose in the
event liens are discovered which are intermediate between this deed and GRANTEE'S mortgage.

of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
