for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, have hereby remised, released ~d forever quit
claim unto the said ~RY ~LSON, a Widow hereinafter, ~tee; her heirs and assi~s
forever, all such fight, title, interest, prope~, possession, cla~ and demand, as they may have
or ought to have, in or to al! the following described prope~y, hereby releasing and waiving all
fights under and by vMue of the homestead exemption laws of~e State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 63, star Valley Ranch Plat 10, as platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming. Together with all water fights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
'reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
