KNOW ALL MEN BY' THESE PRESENTS, that KAREN LEE AXTELL, grantor, for
and irt consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hartd paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claim
unto the said MARY WILSON, a Widow hereinafter, grantee, her heirs and assigns forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to
have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

County, Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
