and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
DAVID R. NEILSON AND SHANNA NEILSON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 900 Sorensen Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights 2nd Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and also a portion of Lot 8 of Block 2
of the Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town of Kermnerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of said Lot 8 of Block 2; and, running thence N
90o00'00'' W, along the South boundary line of said Lot 8 a distance of 10 feet;
thence N 05o42'38'. E, a distance of 100.50 feet to the Northeast comer of said Lot;
thence South, along the East boundary a distance of 100.00 feet to the Southeast
comer, the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO a portion of Lot 8 of Block 2 of the Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the original platted southeast corner of said Lot 8 at a 5/8" rebar;
thence West, 10 feet along the south boundary of said Lot 8 to a 1/2" rebar;
thence N 05o42'38.' E, 44.30 feet to a 5/8" rebar with a perma-mark cap marked
"PLS 2616" and said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N 62o16'06'. W, 8.58 feet to a 5/8" rebar with a perma-mark cap marked
"PLS 2616";
thence N 01o51'09'. E, 51~95 feet to a 5/8" rebar with a perma-mark cap marked "PLS
2616" and said point being on the north boundary of said Lot 8;
thence East 11.51 feet to the original northeast corner of said Lot 8 being marked with
a 5/8" rebar with a cap marked "PE/LS574";
thence S 05o42'38.' W, 56.20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
