and as E. C. "BUCK" LUND, a married man, Grantor of Cokeville,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid., receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS

Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of

Above ,tracts of land containing a total of 2,000 acres more or
less.
Together with all water, water rights, ditches, appropria-
tions, privileges, and easements on, connected with, or
usually had and enjoyed in connection with the real prop-
erty herein described; and,
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances;
and,
Together with all rights and obligations under State of Wy.o-
ming lease covering _Tract 38, Township 25 North, Range
118 West; and,
TogetJ~er with all privileges, rights ar~ interests of
Grantor under all grazing permits in public lands and
national forest lands issued by the Secretary of the
Interior or the Secretary of Agriculturm of the Un-[ted ·
States and based on said lands but no warranty or re-
presentation is made by Grantor to P~antees that such
permits, or any of th~n will not be cancelled, or will
be continued in effect by the appropriate Federal agency.
Together with 51% interest in and to all oil, gas and
other minerals of every kind and character, in, on and
under and that may be produced frc~n said lands together
with the right to receive and have 51% of all bonuses and
all delay rentals that may hereafter, after Janizary 1,
1977, be paid on the above described land to extend the
term within which a well may be coTmenced under the pro-
visions of any oil and gas lease or leases that may now
exist or that may in the future be placed on said land;
and
RF~C~ING UNTO GRANTOR a 49% interest in and to all oil,
gas and Other minerals of every kind and character, in,
on and under and that may be produced fr~n said lands, and
~:9% of all bonuses that may hereafter, after January 1,
1977, be paid on the ak~ve described land to extend the
term within which a well may be Conmenced under the pro-
visions of any oil and gas lease or leases that may now
exist or that may in the future be placed on said land;
and subject to right in the owner of the surface of said
lands to receive and have all delay rentals as aforesaid.
SUBJECT to' all mineral leases, exceptions, reservations,
easeraents, rights of way and encorachnents in sight or
of record.
Grantor hereby certifies that title to the above described lands
was acquired by Gr:antor prior to October 5, 1970, under the
following deeds, by reference made a part hereof, to-wit:
(_a) Warranty Deed' dated August 28, 1951, and recorded in
Lincoln Counky on August 28, 1951, in !Book 28 of Deeds at Page
119; and, (b) Warranty Deed, dated November 30, 1959, and
recorded in Lincoln County on December 1, 1950, in Book 25 of
Deeds at Page 516; all prior to the execution of the antenuptial
agreement between ELI C. LUND, also known as ELI CHRIS LUND, and
as E. C. LUND and as E. C. "BUCK" LUND, party of the first part,
and LEORA T. JACKSON, also known as LEE ORA T. JACKSON and as
MRS. E. H. JACKSON, party.of the second part, made and executed
by the parties on October 5, 1970, before their marriage on
October 8, 1970 at Ventura, California
an executed counterpart of which Agr'~ement is annexed hereto
and made a part of this Deed; and by virtue of said Agreement,
the said Leora T. Jackson as Grantor's wife-, acquired no home-
stead interest or any other interest or estate in the above

described property by reaSon of her marriage to Grantor, and
she has no interest therein and said property was and is
Grantor's sole property and he has the sole right to convey
the same without the joinder of his said wife.
