JUDGMENT AND DEC'REE QUIETING TITLE
THIS MATTER having come before this Court for a hearing this day; the Plaintiff, SALT
CANYON LAND, LLC, appearing by and through its attorney, Joseph B. Bluemel; the Defendants,
MICHAEL ETCHEVERRY and TERRY ETCHEVERRY, appearing pro se and claimed an interest
in the property but to accommodate the quiet title action quit claim deeded all their interest in the
land to the Plaintiff, SALT CANYON LAND, LLC, as stated in the answers filed in this matter on
July 11, 2003; the Defendants, STEVE ETCHEVERRY, PATRICIA HERZOG HALL, WILLIS
ROWSELL, GERALD HIDALGO, and JOHN ETCHEVERRY not appearing, either in person or
by counsel; and the Defendants all having been duly served according to law and having failed to
answer in the time provided by law; and appearing that each of them, were duly and regularly served
personally or with summons by publication in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and that a copy of the Complaint and
Summons was mailed to each of the known Defendants; that the time allowed by law for answering
or otherwise pleading has expired; and the default of the Defendants, STEVE ETCttEVERRY,
PATRICIA HERZOG HALL, WILLIS ROWSELL, GERALD HIDALGO, and JOHN
ETCHEVERRY has been duly entered, according to law; and the Court having heard the evidence

and having examined proofs offered herein, and having fully considered the same, and having found
that the allegations of the Plaintiff's Complaint are all true, now, therefore, by reason of the
foregoing facts, and 'virtue of the law;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Plaintiffowns and is
in possession of and at the commencement of this suit, owned and was in possession of the following
described real property, to-wit:
The East half of the Southeast quarter (E½SE%) of Section Nine (9),
and the Southwest quarter (SW¼) of Section Ten (10) in Township
Twenty-Eight (28) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, containing two hundred forty (240) acres. Together will
all water and water rights thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants, STEVE ETCHEVERRY, PATRICIA
HERZOG HALL, wILLIS ROWSELL, GERALD HIDALGO, and JOHN ETCHEVERRY and any
other person claiming any other interest to the above described real property and each of them are
found to have no right, title, interest~ claim, or demand and that the Defendants, STEVE
ETCHEVERRY, PATRICIA HERZOG HALL, WILLIS ROWSELL, GERALD HIDALGO, and
JOHN ETCHEVERRY and any other person claiming any other interest and each of them, are
hereby forever barred from asserting any right, title, interest, claim, or demand thereto and the title
to the above described real property is quieted in the Plaintiff, SALT CANYON LAND, LLC.
