HomeMy WebLinkAbout893173 o'° L533 RECEIVED LINOOLN C .... i~ rY CLERK 893173 oao . -- .,.:.P -' :', I:'?'I 3: 5 1 SHERIFF'S DEED WHEREAS, TB Futures, Inc., as mortgagor, mortgaged toCIT Small Business Lending Corporation f/ida AT&T Small Business Lending Corporation, as modgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated JanUary 30, 1997 (the "Mortcla.qe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 31, 1997, in Book 393 PR at Page 446; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of CIT Small Business Lending Corporation f/Ida AT&T Small Business Lending Corporation, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on April 4, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at 'the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, CIT Small Business Lending Corporation f/Ida AT&T Small Business Lending Corporation made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $160,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to CIT Small Business Lending Corporation on April 4, 2003; and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to CIT Small Business Lending Corporation on April 4, 2003, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 4, 2003, in Book 516 PR at Page 905; and WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said ClT Small Business Lending Corporation, P.O. :Box 1529, Livingston, NJ 07036-1529, its successors and assigns, all.right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot 4 of the Southland Commercial Addition to the Town of DiamondviIle, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof with an address of 04 US Highway 30/189, Diamondville, WY 83116 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to CIT Small Business Lending Corporation, its successors and assigns forever.
