paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Martin
Sternberg, a single person, as tenant by the entirety, GRANTEE, whose address for tax
purposes shall be 116 Valley View Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Lot Number One (1), Block Number Twelve (12), Amended Plat of the Town
of Opal, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all improvements thereon,
and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging and appertaining
thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining,
mineral and other exceptions, reservations, easements, rights of way, and
conditions of record.
