consideration of the sum often dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
the receipt of which is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quitclaimed unto the said DIANNE H. HARRIS, now known as DIANNE HANDSAKER-
SMITH, Grantee, and their heirs and assigns, forever, ali such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as she have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemptions Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Sixty-Eight (68) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Fifteen (15) as Platted and recorded
in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all
minerals and rights appertaining thereto.
