Wyoming 83110, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to WAYNE K. HESSON and KAREN J. HESSON, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entireties, PO Box 888, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantees, the
following described certain real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 20 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 2 rods North of the Southwest corner of said
Lot 2 and running thence North 3 rods;
thence East 10 rods;
thence South 3 rods;
thence West 20 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
