KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REED S. CLARK and
PATRICIA H. CLARK, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of 862 Highway 236,
Afton, Wyoming 831110, Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to CLARK BROS. CATTLE CO., LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, of 862 Highway 236, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantee, and its successors and
assigns, the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at a point N00°-21'-54"E, 414.14 feet from the southeast comer of said
W½SW¼;
thence N90°- 00'-00"W, 794.41 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway 89, a non-tangent circular curve to the right, which has its radius point bearing,
N67o_07'_34"E;
thence northwesterly 956.11 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 09°-
40'-46", with a radius of 5659.57 feet with a chord bearing, N18°-02'-04"W, 954.98 feet to
a point;
thence N89°-59'-I8"E, 1095.85 feet to a point;
thence S00°-21 '-54"W, 908.31 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 20.00 acres, more or less;
